About...

Combining two decades of classical training with career stops playing keyboards for Traveler at L.A.’s hottest rock venues including Madame Wong’s West, Club 88, and the Troubadour, Mark creates the medium that is uniquely his own:

ALL ORIGINAL PIANO.

Blending classical structure with rambunctious gusto, Mark has mesmerized audiences with his jackhammer power and balletic sensitivity. His cross-over appeal to classical, jazz, and neoteric audiences has made him a favorite of music lovers.

Mr. Gardner is one of the few living composer/performers to be featured on Los Angeles’ premier classical FM station K-MOZART. Mark has also been featured on leading classical stations in San Francisco and San Diego.

Mark provides amazing live performances, whether playing in avant garde clubs, such as West Hollywood’s "Villa Villa Kulla, or playing to audiences numbering 4,000, such as Washington Mutual’s State of the Group 2000 celebration in Seattle.

ArtShare LA showcased Mark Gardner in a concert for the benefit of the Los Angeles non-profit organization that labors to bring art immersion and training to children of the inner city.

Film Credits include the composition "Blue Room" in the film score for "Trespasses," directed by James Scott Mason, and produced by David E. K. Abramson.
